The owner of a Christian tour operator has appeared in court charged with fraud.

He faces two counts of carrying on business of a company with intent to defraud creditors, one count of fraud by abuse of position, two counts of engaging in misleading commercial practice and one count of failing to provide information before contracts were concluded.

Two businesses, LivingSun Ltd and Kyrilios Ltd, both registered to Mr Fleming's home address, face six charges between them.

All of the charges relate to a period between January 1, 2014 and November 30, 2014.
