A 23-year-old gave up something different every day for three weeks and raised more than £400 for the British Heart Foundation.
The daily challenges saw Alec Rickard, pictured, from Cobham, give up sitting down without permission, bread, alcohol, pillows, underwear and even his hair.
Mr Rickard said: “As the month went on, the suggestions became more and more obscure.
“But it was such a fun way to raise money my own way.”
