A West Molesey home has been served a closure notice due to anti-social behaviour.
The notice, served yesterday, to an address in Ray Road, was issued under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Tenants were told they had 48 hours to legally remain at the property.
A court hearing for the order to be extended to three months will be heard tomorrow.
If anyone apart from the tenant is seen entering the property they are committing a criminal offence, Surrey Police said.
Call 999 to report unauthorised visitors quoting reference P15191746.
Anyone needing help and advice on anti-social behaviour should contact their Surrey Police safer neighbourhood team by calling 101.
