The older brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has reportedly been in London this week – watching Eric Clapton at the Royal Albert Hall.
It is claimed a video shot by a Japanese television crew shows Kim Jong-chul arriving at the concert venue surrounded by minders.
North Korea analyst Aidan Foster-Carter told the BBC: "It certainly does look like pictures of him I have seen before. And he has minders - why would he have minders if he wasn't Kim Jong-chul?”
A South Korean news agency has reported the man seen in the video stayed at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in west London.
Kim Jong-chul has been seen at other Clapton concerts in the past.
