People bothered by excessive noise in the summer made more than 700 complaints to the council.
Following on from this, the council is again using an out-of-hours enforcement service in partnership with Surrey Police to deal with noise and licensing issues over the summer months.
The service starts on Saturday, May 23, to coincide with this year's Noise Action Week.
Councillor Glenn Dearlove, portfolio holder for environment, said: "Unwanted noise can be a real nuisance, especially over the summer nights and can cause distress and frustration.
"In the first instance, anyone bothered by noise should check our online noise toolkit that gives advice and information on how to deal with noise and includes details on all our services.
"This includes a new and improved Noise Nuisance App which allows a complainant to easily record and submit evidence of noise nuisance to council officers."
Officers from the environmental services team will work alongside a police officer between the hours of 8.30pm on Saturday evenings and 3am on Sundays, reacting to reports of noise.
