The former Tottenham Hotspur training ground is due to become a centre for children with autism.
The club revealed the news in its annual financial results on Friday, saying it had looked at several options but a facility for young people with autism is the preferred option.
An application, led by charitable group The Anderson Foundation, will deliver a facility for four to 25 year-olds as well as a world-leading diagnostic centre, in partnership with the club and the National Autistic Society, after approval was granted by Epping Forest District Council.
