The mayor hosted a charity ball at Sandown Park to raise funds for his chosen charity, Home-Start Elmbridge.
Councillor Barry Fairbank, mayor of Elmbridge, welcomed more than 130 guests from across Surrey and the borough.
He said: "It was a wonderful evening and I really appreciated the contributions made to help raise funds for my chosen charity, Home-Start Elmbridge.
"My guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening and I was delighted that it was such a success."
Fundraising took place during a three course meal and the dance floor was full for much of the evening on Saturday, March 14.
