CCTV of a prolific thief who tried to get a refund for a microwave he had not purchased has been released.
The man entered the branch of Wilkinson's in High Street, Walthamstow, at 3pm on January 22.
He picked up a £70 microwave on display and took it to a till, where he requested a refund for it.
After being refused, he left the store with the item.
CCTV later revealed the same man had stolen from a number of other branches.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting 490181315 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
