CCG launches new telephone and online health information service
Find out about health and wellbeing services in the borough through a new telephone and online information service.
NHS Wandsworth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) launched the ‘Wellbeing hub’ to reduce hospital and GP attendances.
Dr Nicola Jones, chair of the CCG, said “There are so many fantastic services in Wandsworth to help people improve their health and wellbeing but our patients were coming into their GP surgery not knowing about them.
“The hub is the gateway to a superb range of really helpful, practical information and support available at the click of a button or one telephone call.”
Community Navigators are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on 020 8812 6700 or visit wandsworthccg.nhs.uk/hub.
