Five people have been arrested after a Dartford pub doorman was attacked with a chair, leaving him with a fractured eye socket.
Police were called in the early hours of Saturday February 28 to reports a fight had broken out at the Court House pub in Spital Street.
A member of the pub’s door staff suffered head injuries and a fractured eye socket after he was attacked with a chair.
Several other members of the public were also assaulted as they tried to intervene.
Detectives have been carrying out a number of enquiries and have made a series of arrests.
A 31-year-old man, an 18-year-old man, a 25-year-old man and a 32-year-old man, all from Dartford, were arrested on suspicion of GBH and bailed until April 23 pending further enquiries.
A fifth person, another 25-year-old man of no fixed address, was arrested on Saturday (March 21) on suspicion of GBH and has been bailed until May 6.
