A man was taken to hospital after a three car crash at the Dartford Tunnel this morning (March 11).
The incident happened just before 7.30am on the M25 anticlockwise, causing the right-hand tunnel to be blocked for around 10 minutes.
This resulted in congestion as far as the Swanley Interchange.
A spokesman for South East Ambulance Service said: "We were called to reports of a car hit from behind at the crossing.
"We sent one car and an ambulance to the scene.
"A man in his 20s suffered neck and chest pain.
"He was treated at the scene and taken to Darent Valley Hospital."
All lanes have now re-opened.
