- In hearings on Tuesday and Wednesday, the High Court heard arguments from Archway, the Secretary of State, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Haringey Borough Council, which issued the order.
- Judge Mr Justice Dove this morning ruled the CPO was valid, and blocked Archway Sheet Metal Works' right to appeal, saying it had "no reasonable prospect of success".
