Areas of fog are affecting south east London and north Kent this morning
Motorists are warned to take extra care this morning, with areas of fog affecting south east London and north Kent.
The Met Office says the cloudy and misty morning will slowly clear.
Meanwhile rain will spread slowly from the west from late morning, reaching the east coast of Kent by late afternoon, and beginning to clear from the west by the evening.
A maximum temperature of 7°C is expected.
On Twitter, Kent County Council Highways said: "There is patchy fog across the county this morning. Please take extra care out there."
