A man was racially abused after two cars crashed near a roundabout in Esher.
The crash happened at about 3.15pm on the A309 in Hinchley Wood near the roundabout at the junction with Claygate Lane, Esher, on Sunday, January 25.
A woman who was driving a blue or green hatchback verbally abused a man who was driving a blue VW Touran.
Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash or argument.
The woman was white, in her mid to late 20s, about 5ft 3in, slim and with blonde hair.
Police Constable Samantha De Cogan said: "The language used during this altercation was deeply upsetting for the victim and no doubt the impact will stay with him for some time."
