A Bromley man accused of killing his neighbour is not fit to enter a plea, the Old Bailey has heard.
Daniel Atkins was due to enter a plea at the Old Bailey last Friday (January 9).
He is accused of killing 71-year-old Ronald Parsons in Laurel Court, Cambridge Road, on March 2 last year.
Emergencies services were called at 10.40am and London Ambulance Service pronounced Mr Parsons dead at the scene.
Atkins, 30, was arrested and charged with his murder.
He will attend fitness to plead hearing at the Old Bailey on February 2.
