An Oprington man will appear in court at the end of the month charged with stealing a horsebox from an address in the Dartford area.
David Cook, 29, of Saltwood Close, was arrested on January 5 on the M25 and charged with theft, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance.
These charges relate to an incident in Birchwood Drive, Wilmington, the same day, where a horsebox was reported missing.
Cook was bailed to attend Dartford Magistrates' Court on January 29.
