Firefighters prepare to enter the chicken shop
People were evacuated from flats when a fire broke out in a fast food restaurant.
Firefighters were called to a chicken shop in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, at around midday on Saturday.
Fire crews used oxygen masks to enter the Chick Inn and tackle the blaze.
The blaze was put out by 12.30 pm and there were no reported injuries.
