An 11-year-old boy was hit by a car in Lewisham this morning.
Police were called to the scene in Lewisham High Street at the junction with Courthill Road at 8.27am.
The London Ambulance Service also attended and the boy was taken to hospital although injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
His next of kin have been made aware.
A partial road closure was in place while emergency services attended the incident but the road was reopened at around 9.30am.
