A woman was allegedly assaulted on the doorstep of her Bexleyheath home on Wednesday (October 29).
Moya Sherwood, 50, says she opened the door of her home in Malvern Avenue shortly after 8am and was confronted by the two women, who were middle-aged and dressed in black.
She added they pushed her inside and kicked and punched her for several minutes.
Mrs Sherwood, who was left cut, bruised and shaken, says she has no idea why she was targeted.
Police say they were called to Malvern Avenue at 8.20am to reports a woman had been assaulted by two female suspects.
Officers are investigating the incident and no arrests have been made at this stage.
