Violent and Organised Crime Unit (VOCU) officer PC Ben Iles said: "We have made another serious dent in the pockets of those who bring drugs to the streets of Greenwich - we have seriously hindered their operation as well as any profit they would have made from selling the drugs we recovered.

Greenwich Council cabinet member for community safety and environment, Councillor Jackie Smith said: “Many congratulations to the VOCU team on yet another well investigated and executed case. It takes many months of hard work, intense and intelligence-led investigation to bring about these results but they are crucial to ensure that we continue to tackle serious and organised crime in Greenwich.”

The VOCU is an intelligence-led police unit funded by Greenwich Council and dedicated to tackling gang members, criminal networks and serious offenders.
