EALING folk beware, the zombie apocalypse is nigh.

2.8 Hours Later is a zombie street game that has been touring the UK and is coming to Ealing for nine nights around Halloween.

The unique street game involves people taking part in a story line as they try to escape the ‘zombies’ out to get them.

Simon Evans, co-founder of the game, said: “It’s a totally unique activity and a great way to have fun with your friends. You basically become a character in your own horror film or video game.”

The 2014 version of the game, called Survival, touches on many real-life themes and current affairs, including terrorism, immigration, government surveillance and corruption, all set in a terrifying world of film gore.

The zombie apocalypse will be descending on Ealing on October 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 and November 1, with almost 5,000 people expected to take part.

Tickets start from £38 per person. To find out more, to watch the trailer, or to book tickets, go to www.2.8HoursLater.com
