Two muggers punched a man to the floor as they attempted to rob him in Edmonton.
The victim, a man in his early thirties, was getting off a bus in Fore Street at 1.42am when two men aged between 17 and 19 confronted him.
The pair accused him of swearing at them and punched him as they tried to take his bag.
They ran off in the direction of Moree Way and are described as black and of slim build.
One man was wearing a grey jacket and had a distinctive yellow Mohican style haircut.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the incident to get in touch by calling 101.
