A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving and dangerous driving after a crash on the A20 last night.
Police were called to a collision on the eastbound carriageway of the Swanley bypass, by McDonald's, at 9.57pm.
A police spokesman said: "One vehicle was involved.
"The driver, 40, the only person in the vehicle, was taken to a south London hospital. His injuries are not serious.
"He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and dangerous driving."
He has been bailed until November 11.
