Sturdy ex-Manchester United centre back Rio Ferdinand has been sensationally spotted in a pie and mash shop in Orpington.
Mr Ferdinand was seen in Scotts Pie and Mash in the Walnuts at lunch time today (September 7).
Barbara Smith said: "Today myself, my daughter Joanne and granddaughter Rosie Kinahan went to Orpington shopping.
"We stopped for lunch in the pie and mash restaurant. We were surprised to see Rio Ferdinand and another man sitting behind us.
"Several people were asking for his autograph, he was very polite and obliged.
"We decided not to trouble him while he was seated, but when he was leaving I asked if he would mind having his photo taken with Rosie.
"He was very kind and said yes. Seemed a genuinely nice person."
This comes after the QPR defender stunned shoppers in Orpington Tesco last month.
