People who blow the whistle on these flytippers could receive a cash reward of up to £500.
Enfield Borough Council is asking for the community to help identify the people who were caught flytipping in Carterhatch Road, Enfield, in April 2014.
Each CCTV image shows someone the authority wants to speak to about illegally dumping rubbish.
Cllr Chris Bond, cabinet member for environment said “Flytipping blights our streets, causes mess and costs taxpayers money to clean up afterwards and all because certain selfish individuals cannot be bothered to get rid of their waste properly.
“Carterhatch Road has been a flytipping hotspot for a while, and we want to speak to the people caught here on CCTV in relation to flytipping offences. If you know who these people are please let us know because you could get your hands on £500 and that certainly isn’t a rubbish offer.”
Flytipping is an offence which carries an unlimited fine or up to five years in prison.
