Thanks have been given to all who attended Walton fire station's open day, which raised £1,300 for the Firefighters' Charity.
People came out in droves on August 30 to support the crews and take in the stands and displays that fed, engaged, educated and entertained about 2,000 visitors.
Watch Commander Andy Begg said: "The Firefighters' Charity offers support both emotional and physical to serving and retired firefighters and their families when they find themselves physically and/or mentally injured.
"A special thanks must go to Chris Robshaw, for his commitment to making every request for things made from balloons."
