Finsbury Park will close earlier following an illicit rave late last month.

The party ended with a teenager being stabbed in the leg on Thursday, August 21.

Police were called when the party, advertised on Twitter, descended into chaos in the early hours of this morning, with crowds spilling out onto Seven Sisters Road.

A 19-year-old was found in nearby Moray Road with a stab wound in the leg and a police officer was taken to hospital with cuts to the face.

Police confirmed that the teenage victim was taken to hospital with minor injuries after being slashed in the thigh.

Haringey Council confirmed it would be closing the gates from 10pm as a result.
