Police in Waltham Forest are looking for help to find a woman who is believed to have been a victim of an assault.

The woman was visiting Selbourne Walk Shopping Centre in Walthamstow on June 30 at around 2pm.

CCTV shows her walking from the toilet area when she was approached by a man, who took hold of her arm.

A confrontation between the two occurred and words were exchanged.

The woman is described as a white, possibly of Eastern European or Turkish descent.

She is approximately 5ft 5ins and around 30-years-old.

Her hair was dark and worn in a ponytail. She was wearing a white top, dark leggings and light footwear.
