Four fire crews are tackling the second fire in two days to take hold in wood chippings near The Star in Malden Rushett.
Two crews from Epsom, and one each from Surbiton and New Malden, were called shortly before 9am today to a waste fire off Leatherhead Road.
A London Fire Brigade spokesman said the fire had taken hold in a stack of logs and wood chippings.
A Surrey Fire and Rescuse spokeswoman said the blaze was at the Star gun club.
