Brighton beach and the pier
Carers in Merton will be going on a trip to Brighton after hundreds of pounds was raised at a fair in Wimbledon.
A total of 14 families and their carers will enjoy the day out to the beach, iconic pier and Sea Life Centre on Tuesday, August 19, paid for by proceeds of a summer fair run by Mums on the Go, a family-friendly directory for services in the area.
Families from Carers Support Merton will enjoy the trip, paid for with £700 from the fair held in July.
The fair was held in The Broadway in Wimbledon and featured a fairground, entertainment and arts and crafts.
