People have been leaving their messages in support of a charity shop as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
St Luke’s Kenton charity shop, in Kenton Road, Harrow, celebrated the anniversary by offering ten per cent off to everyone and asked shoppers to write messages of support looking back at their past two decade.
Kenton shop manager Philly Dillon said: “I would like to thank and recognise the tremendous work of our volunteers and thank all those who donate goods to the shop, because without them, the hospice and the shop would find it a lot harder to continue doing what they do. We hope to carry on succeeding for the next 20 years.”
St Luke’s operations manager Maureen Farrar added: “A big thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who have made our shops a success over the years and this dedication would be incomplete without saying a big thank you to all the customers who have been supporting St Luke's Burnt Oak and Kenton shop over the past 20 years. We look forward to many more years of even greater success.”
