The finalists of the annual Estates in Bloom competition had their hard work judged by the Mayor of Harrow.
Cllr Ajay Maru viewed 17 gardens from across the borough which were shortlisted for the annual awards.
The winners of the competition will be announced at the end of this month.
The five categories include best estate communal garden, best front garden and best young gardener.
Cllr Maru said: “I really enjoyed seeing all the shortlisted gardens where lots of care and effort was taken in creating something to benefit everyone in the community.
“It goes to show how people can work together to helping create a positive difference to the areas in which they live.”
