A remembrance ceremony to mark the anniversary of the Hiroshma & Nagasaki bombings will be held on Saturday.
Peace campaigners will gather in Victoria Park, in Ballards Lane, Finchley, to pay tribute to the thousands killed in Hiroshima, in Japan, on August 5, 1945 and in Nagasaki three days later.
This year marks the 69th anniversary since an atom bomb was dropped on Hiroshima and people are asked to bring a poem, a song, or a memory to share.
The ceremony will begin at 11am by the commemorative cherry tree in the park.
