Doctors responsible for health services in Barnet have appointed new senior managers.
Rob Larkman will start as an interim accountable officer for Barnet's clinical commissioning group (CCG) for a three-month period.
The former chief executive of the Whittington Hospital and Camden Primary Trust, he will work closely with GPs across the borough to oversee their performance.
New chief operating officer Peter Coles will oversee the the CCG on a day to day level.
The CCG, to which all GP practices in Barnet belong, commissions most local health services, including cancer care, mental health, hospital operations and perscriptions.
