Hertsmere is flying the flag high for the borough's six parks after they all picked up awards.
Parks across Borehamwood, Potters Bar and Bushey retained all of its six Green Flags, meaning the council has the highest number of the awards in the county.
The announcement comes during Love Parks Week, which runs from July 25 to August 3.
Oakmere Park, in Potters Bar, has been recognised with national benchmark 12 times and Parkfield Park has received it six times.
Aberford Park, in Borehamwood, has held a green flag for seven years.
