Supermarket raise cash for elderly lunch club
A supermarket will support a lunch club for elderly and disabled people as part of a new campaign.
Sainsbury’s, in Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, will help raise money for Sixty Plus in Potters Bar and South Mimms until 2015.
The club has specially adapted minibuses with tail lifts and wheelchair facilities.
Shoppers will be encouraged to donate cash to the group, as well as help raise awareness throughout the year.
