A man was made to pay more than £300 after leaving a cyclist nursing cuts and bruises in Twickenham.
Michal Pacl, 32, from Camberley, was fined for driving without due care and attention in Cross Deep on January 28.
Appearing at Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 8, Pacl received a £220 fine as well as a £22 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
He drove his Skoda and began to turn left when he collided with a cyclist, leaving them with cuts and bruises.
He also received five penalty points on his driving licence.
