A collision between two lorries has closed two lanes of the M25 anticlockwise between Dartford and Swanscombe going towards the Dartford Tunnel. 

The incident is also causing congestion at J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange).

Lane three was also closed prior to 12:40pm but is reportedly open.

A Kent Police spokesman said: "We were called just after 11.50am today to a report of a road traffic collision on the A282 in Dartford.

"It was reported a lorry was in collision with another lorry near J1A on the anticlockwise carriageway heading towards the tunnel.

"Lanes one and two remain closed for the removal of the vehicles.

"Minor injuries were reported."
