A CCTV image has been released of a man who fraudulently claimed winnings at a bookmaker.

Police say the man acted in partnership with a staff member at William Hill in Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, to alter an electronic betting record and falsely claim £700 on March 26.

The CCTV image has been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.

Anyone with information should contact Waltham Forest police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

If he acted in partnership with a member of staff can't that person identify him? Threaten to keep the staff member 'inside' until he does!
