Proposals for the major redevelopment of a rundown council estate will be discussed this week.
Last week Harrow Borough Council announced plans to demolish and rebuild the Grange Farm Estate on the border of Harrow-on-the-Hill and South Harrow.
The project will mean pulling down 240 ageing flats and replacing them with 430 new properties, which will be the first homes built by the council in 23 years.
Details of the proposals for Grange Farm and other estates in the borough will go before the council cabinet at the Civic Centre in Station Road on Thursday July, 17 from 6.30pm.
