These items of valuable jewellery were stolen after burglars forced their way past an elderly man and into his home.
Two men barged past the man after he opened his door to them in Limes Avenue at 12.35pm on Thursday, July 3.
The intruders searched the property and took several items of jewellery, among them was a Rodania gold-cased watch, an 18-carat gold open-faced pocket watch, a Chalet gold-cased wrist watch, an Albert gold chain, a gold cigar cutter and a locket.
Police have advised people with valuable jewellery never to leave it on display, to buy a safe or keep it in a safety deposit box in a bank, photograph the items and be discreet in public.
If you see the items or are offered them for sale, you can contact police on 101 or the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
