A Weybridge junior school has been awarded a national accreditation for a sixth time after demonstrating commitment to help their staff develop.
Cleves School, which employs 96 staff and has 600 pupils, was given the Investors in People standard after fulfilling a series of 39 "must have" criteria.
The standard is a benchmark for best practice and acknowledges a company’s commitment to its employees.
Jo Grafton, joint interim headteacher of the Oatlands Avenue school, said: "We are delighted to receive recognition once again for our commitment to continuous professional development; it is a fundamentally important element of the school’s ethos."
