Pupils were given a taste of what life in Downing Street is like when they were invited to meet the Prime Minister.
Girls from Bentley Wood High School, in Bridges Road, Stanmore, attended a reception with David Cameron as part of an ongoing programme marking the First World War Centenary.
After the pupis returned from a battlefield tour, Mr Cameron told them about a £5m pot to protect war memorials at the event.
