Three men have been jailed for more than 15 years after pleading guilty to conspiracy to supply class A drugs after a police raid in West Molesey.

Colin Watkins, 31, of Island Farm Road, West Molesey, Dennis Singfield, 25, of School Meadow, Guildford, and Matthew Moring, 25, of Badgers Close, Woking, were arrested after a drugs raid at an address in Island Farm Road on February 5 this year.

Police searching the property found and seized large quantities of cocaine and benzocaine and mixing agent with an estimated street value of more than £40,000.

A hydraulic press used to compress the drugs into packages was also seized from the address.

At Guildford Crown Court on Thursday, June 19, each man received a prison sentence, with Singfield receiving six years and three months, Watkins handed five years and nine months and Moring jailed for three years and three months.

Detective Sergeant Matt Chapman said: "I am delighted that the proactive warrant carried out by Surrey Police officers has led to the three defendants receiving lengthy custodial sentences.

"This was a highly organised and well planned drug supply operation which we have been able to successfully dismantle and prevent the cocaine from being sold on the streets.

"This warrant was carried out thanks to information from the community and I hope the public will be reassured that we will act on any intelligence passed to us.

"Anyone involved in the supply of class A drugs in Surrey should know that we will be relentlessly pursuing them and doing everything we can to make it as difficult as possible for them to operate in the county."
