Singer and former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has appeared in court accused of helping supply a Class A drug.

The N-Dubz star, who lives in Friern Barnet, has denied a charge she helped an undercover reporter obtain cocaine.

She spoke only to confirm her name at Southwark Crown Court on Wednesday, and is due to stand trial on July 14 alongside co-defendant Michael Coombs, 35, of Enfield.

Mr Coombs, who is a rapper, has also denied a charge of supplying the drug on May 23 last year at the Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair.

Both have been given unconditional bail.
