A 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with stab wounds yesterday evening.

London Ambulance Service was called to Aurelia Road, Croydon just after 5.30pm and took the teenager to hospital as a priority.

Pollards Hill residents have reported police investigating around Carisbrooke Road, near the New Horizon Centre in South Lodge Avenue, following the reported assault.

Police have been contacted for comment.
