Police are concerned about a man who left hospital after having had a stroke.

A man, believed to be around 50-years-old, left Whittingdon Hospital before doctors had a chance to treat him.

He was taken there at around 6pm on Saturday evening after Tube staff at Finsbury Park Station noticed his faced "had dropped", indicating a possible stroke.

Police have described the man as being black, 5ft 7ins tall, and largely bald with some dark hair at the sides of his head.

Anyone who might know his identity should call 101.
