UXBRIDGE people will again have the chance to sample the sights, sounds and flavours of an authentic continental market from Thursday-Saturday, July 3-5, as a variety of French, Spanish and Italian market traders arrive to pitch their stalls in the town centre.

Returning for the second of its three annual visits and organised by international market event operators Savoir Fayre, the market will feature goods brought by authentic continental market traders.

The new delicatessen stall, with its range of artisanal terrines and patés, should delight the connoisseur’s palate.

Visitors will also be able to sample and buy from a range of other delicacies, including freshly-baked bread, cheeses, pastries, cakes, sweets, condiments and charcuterie, as well as Spanish paella and couscous and Italian confectionery.

Stalls will include: crystals, fossils and mineral specimens; glass, china and pottery; jellies and hand-made fudges; dry fruit and nuts, baklava, nougat and Turkish Delight; Italian grill; coffee beans, coffee and cocoa; bread, pastries and Viennoiserie; home fragrances; flower pot people; home-made mustards, jam, coffee and olive oil; French cheeses; Pashmina scarves, belts and hats and lots more The market will be in Uxbridge High Street and will be open for business between 9am and 6pm.
