Three dogs rescued in flat fire

Three dogs have been rescued from a flat fire.

Firefighters saved the dogs from the fire at a maisonette in Great Cambridge Road, Enfield yesterday morning.

Two fire engines and ten firefighters were sent to the scene at 11.19am with the blaze being under control by 11.49am.

Part of the kitchen was also damaged by the fire and investigations in the cause of the fire are still ongoing.
