Performers at a Hinchley Wood stage school will put on their glad-rags and dance their socks off to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Stagecoach Theatre Arts Hinchley Wood will join schools across the country for the dress up and dance event on Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21, with each child taking part donating £2.

Stagecoach and Macmillan have created a fun and educational toolkit for the occasion, complete with a DVD of choreographed dances which children will join in with.

Melanie Edwards, principal of Stagecoach Hinchley Wood, said: "There’s nothing so uplifting as a group dance but this event is made all the more fulfilling as it’s in support of such a worthy cause.

"All of our students are really thrilled to be involved and to show off their moves while raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support."
